Onside Kicks and Playoff Chances

Scott Frost starts the season firmly on the hot seat after a controversial onside kick led to a Northwestern comeback for Nebraska to start the season 0-1. The 49ers have extended Jimmy Garoppolo to keep the quarterback on the roster as QB2. ESPN has released their list of college playoff teams before the season that features the same teams as always.
